Returns are accepted within 30 days.
Returned items must be in new and un-used condition, and include any original tags or packaging.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. The original shipping cost is not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend tracking and/or insurance service when shipping the return item to us.
If the return is due to an error on our part (we hope that never happens though!), we'll cover the cost of return shipping.
Bundles
If what you ordered came as a bundle, the entire bundle has to be returned together. Individual products in a bundle cannot be returned separately.
