Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is placed (or sooner in some cases). During holidays there may be increased processing times.

Orders are shipped through either USPS, UPS or Fedex, depending on the items ordered. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information when your order has shipped.

We only ship to within the United States.

Free shipping is based on the order amount before any applicable state sales tax are added, but after any additional discounts are taken.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or store credit. Returned items must be in new and un-used condition, and include any original tags or packaging.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment received. The original shipping cost is not refundable. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. We recommend tracking and/or insurance service when shipping the return item to us.

All sales on made to order, personalized and customized items are final and they cannot be returned. This includes Glock slide and magazine plates with custom designs.
